Return & Delivery Inspection Policy

At HerbEgypt, we care about the quality and safety of our products.

Inspection upon delivery

Customers are allowed to open and inspect their order in the presence of the delivery representative at the time of delivery.

After inspecting the order, the customer may choose to accept or refuse the delivery immediately.

Refusing an order

If the customer decides not to accept the order after inspection, they may refuse it at the time of delivery, before the delivery representative leaves.

After delivery

Once the delivery representative has left, opened products cannot be returned or exchanged, in order to protect product quality and safety.

Damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged or is different from what was ordered, please contact us immediately so we can review the issue and take the appropriate action.
